Two linked procedures
For citizens of Serbia, the Employment Service work permit serves as consent in the single-permit procedure handled by the administrative unit. A mismatch between the two files can delay the planned start date.

The bilateral agreement adds steps and checks that do not apply to every third-country national.

Changing employer, ending employment or renewing a permit may require action before work continues.
Who we help
We support one candidate or create a repeatable workflow for a company hiring several workers.
We check personal documents, filing location and the steps leading to permit collection and a lawful start.
We align the employment documents and coordinate the Employment Service and administrative-unit stages.
A shared status overview, document control and individual file tracking for every candidate.
We review the existing permit, deadlines and any new consent required before a status change.
You have the candidate but not the filing sequence?
Send the candidate's nationality, job and current status. We will map the next practical step.
Get the correct sequenceWhat we check
The exact conditions depend on the role, candidate, exceptions under the agreement and current residence status.
Valid passport and compliant photographs
Employment contract and offered working conditions
Bilateral work-permit procedure
Consent within the single-permit procedure
Health insurance and sufficient means where required
Criminal-record evidence and properly authenticated foreign records
Correct location and method for the first filing
Permit collection, registration and lawful start-of-work steps
The agreements include exceptions for certain groups, so we first confirm that the bilateral route applies to the candidate.
One coherent file
We establish the legal route first, then issue a tailored list of records, translations and authentication requirements.
Passport, photograph, public records, qualifications where relevant and the personal evidence required for the case.
Employment offer or contract, job details and evidence requested by the Employment Service and administrative unit.
We identify records needing a certified Slovenian translation, apostille or another form of legalisation.
Renewal, family, employer change or an exception under the agreement needs additional analysis.
How it works
One point of contact connects the company, worker, documents and authorities.
We determine the legal route, existing status and responsibilities of both parties.
You know the documents, sequence, service scope and price before work starts.
We align forms, employment documents and attachments across both procedures.
We guide collection, registration, start of work and timely renewal or family planning.
